At Enchanted Life Wellness, we offer health services for body and mind, and believe that the two are inextricably intertwined in our own well-being. Our team of Mental Health Therapists and Massage Therapists are ready to help you on your path to recovery, be it from a recent injury, a long lasting ache/pain, or anxieties, depression, and other mental struggles. We take a community oriented approach to health and offer services in the two areas we call home, the Proctor Neighborhood in Tacoma and Uptown on Vashon Island.
