At this time we do not take insurance unfortunately. However each of our providers can provide a super bill or receipt for their services that can be provided to your insurance for reimbursement if covered by your benefits.

Psychotherapy rates are $175 per 55 minute session and $255 per 85 minute session. Massage therapy rates are $120 for a 60 minute massage, $130 for a 75-minute massage, $175 for a 90-minute massage, and $230 for 120 minutes. Neurofeedback rates are $100 per session.

For Psychotherapy the first session is an intake focused on getting a background and developing a plan for treatment moving forward. For Massage Therapy your first visit will involve filling out a health history if you haven't done one online, then beginning treatment

Time will tell! There's no identical path through therapy for everyone, but it can look like a couple sessions to a couple years. The most important part is finding the therapist that works for you and sticking with it!
